Three people were taken to the hospital after a Suffolk house fire on Thursday night.

Flames broke out around 9:30 p.m. on Old Saddle Road, fire officials say.

Crews from ten local fire departments responded to the home.

No word yet on the extent of the injuries, but we do know no firefighters were hurt.

Ridge Fire Department, the host agency on scene, made an aggressive interior attack and officials say the fire was knocked down quickly.

No word yet on what caused the blaze.
