An out of control car hit a pole and then a building in Amityville early this morning.

The incident happened on Broadway around 1 a.m.

Amityville police say the driver slammed into a utility pole and then sideswiped a business.

According to police, the driver was not seriously injured.

There are no charges filed at this time.
