Business owners, customers left in disarray after fire destroys stores in Valley Stream
Several businesses are gone in Valley Stream after a fire erupted, burning them to the ground over the weekend.

A fire in Valley Stream is leaving some customers scrambling to find another location to do business.
The hearing center, a pharmacy, a beauty day spa and a Polish American convenience store were destroyed.
Kathy Fehn is a frequent customer of the deli.
"The owner is a hard-working woman. I hope she can rebuild, it's awful," says the Valley Stream resident.
Over 150 firefighters responded to the scene Saturday morning.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
The Fire Marshal's Office says it's not suspicious.
