A Bronx man is accused of using a fake ID to fill an Oxycodone prescription on the North Fork.
Police say Tynel Williams used the name and driver's license of another man to get the pills.
The incident happened at Rite Aid in Mattituck Monday afternoon.
Detective say the 23-year-old had several other forged prescriptions, as well as other people's identifications in his vehicle.
