The borough is drying out after more than 24 hours of nonstop wet weather left some streets underwater. 
Drivers are still being warned to expect some slick and flooded roadways, but most water has receded.
News 12 meteorologists say that the weather will clear up and warm up even more as the day progresses. 
Mother Nature seems to have gotten the rainy weather out of her system for now. The weekend is expected to be clear and sunny with temperatures in the 60s.
