Brentwood School District is getting a change in leadership.
Superintendent Dr. Levi McIntyre sent a letter to the staff Friday morning indicating he's resigning at the end of the school year.
Dr. McIntyre had come under fire for his handling of gangs following the murders of teenage students Nisa Mickens and Kayla Cuevas.
Police say they were killed by MS-13 gang members.
