A brain damaged California girl has been transferred out of an Oakland hospital.
The family lawyer will only say that Jahi McMath was been taken to an undisclosed location.
The 13-year-old suffered brain damage after a tonsillectomy.
New Beginnings Community Center in Medford has offered McMath 24-hour care.
The lawyer insists he's not saying where Jahi went for her safety after threats, but he believes the move will be a big improvement.
The lawyer says the new facility will provide her with respect and love.
