"Harry Potter" fans were eager to learn the fate of their beloved hero Friday night."Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows," the seventh and final part of the series of novels about the wizard, was scheduled to go on sale at 12:01 a.m. Saturday. Bookstores on Long Island and across the world already had lines by Friday morning.Among the sights at the Barnes and Noble in Huntington Station were fans camping out in tents decorated based on the books. Meg Mase says that she has high expectations for the final part of the Harry Potter saga. She says she hopes Harry lives, but has been hearing rumors that he might not survive.The "Harry Potter" books have sold 325 million copies in 64 languages. The series started a decade ago with J.K. Rowling's "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone."
