News 12 meteorologists say temperatures will be brisk and blustery for the start of the new workweek, but a warmup is ahead for the rest of the week.
Monday will feature sunny skies with temperatures in the low-30s.
Tuesday's forecast calls for morning sun ahead of a cloudy afternoon as temperatures in the low-40s. There is the slight chance of a passing shower for the evening hours.
Wednesday will be mostly sunny with temperatures in the mid-40s.
Thursday will see mostly cloudy skies as temperatures reach into the low-40s.
WHAT'S NEXT: Bitter Blast Mode for Monday. A series of disturbances will drastically drop the temps for tomorrow. Morning temps will fall to the teens wind chill values drop to the single digits

WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny. Nice with highs near 44. Lows near 33.
