The 28th annual lighting of the Big Duck will now take place on Thursday.
The lighting was originally supposed to take place tonight, but due to inclement weather it was changed.
Long Islanders are encouraged to bring the entire family to the Long Island landmark in Flanders.
Santa Claus is expected to make an appearance.
The holiday tradition kicks off at 7 p.m.
