The battle is still brewing Friday between jurors in the wrong-way Meadowbrook murder trial -- days after the verdict was reached.
?Michelle,? Juror number 11 on the panel that convicted Martin Heidgen of murder, admits coming to a decision was tough and that there were heated moments during deliberations. However, she insists nobody was pressured at the moment the final decision was made.Jury forewoman Loy Malcolm claims she was pressured by fellow jurors into changing her decision from manslaughter to murder.
Heidgen, 25, was convicted Tuesday of driving drunk the wrong way on the Meadowbrook Parkway in July 2005, smashing into a limo and killing the driver and a 7-year-old girl. Heidgen?s lawyers already announced they would appeal the jury?s landmark decision.
