Police say an Oyster Bay accountant who admitted to stealing from a 95-year-old Holocaust survivor was sentenced to prison.

Barry Palczewski, 55, was sentenced yesterday to two to six years behind bars.

The former church usher and Boy Scouts leader admits he stole $1.2 million from a client.

Palczewski put his name on more than 100 of the older woman's checks between 2008 and 2010. The victim died last year.

The victim had escaped Nazi-controlled Austria in the 1930s.
