Disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein's sex abuse trial could be held on Long Island.
Attorneys for Weinstein have filed a motion to get his upcoming criminal trial moved out of New York City and to Suffolk or Albany counties.
They say he can't get a fair trial in the city.
Weinstein has pleaded not guilty to raping a woman in 2013 and performing a forcible sex act on another woman in 2006.
His trial is set to start Sept. 9.
