Annual St. Patrick’s Day parade kicks off in Norwalk
Cold and windy weather didn’t put a damper on the Irish pride in Norwalk Saturday, as the Norwalk Police Emerald Society hosted the annual St. Patrick’s Day parade.

It kicked off before noon at Veteran's Park, before winding its way through South Norwalk.
