The home known as the 'Amityville Horror' house has a buyer.
As News 12 has reported, the infamous Colonial was up for sale again in June.
According to Newsday, the house went into contract this week.
The name of the buyer or how much they're paying for it is not clear.
The Ocean Avenue home is where Ronald DeFeo Jr. murdered six members of his family in 1974.
The Lutz family rented it and moved out 28 days later insisting it was haunted, launching a book and movies.
