New York Attorney General Letitia James is warning fans about fake or invalid tickets to Bad Bunny concerts after New Yorkers reported being denied entry to shows to the stars highly anticipated show in Puerto Rico.
Her office says some fans reported that they spent thousands of dollars to travel, only to be turned away because their tickets were not valid.
AG James urges New Yorkers to buy only from official or reputable ticket sources, avoid suspiciously low prices, and use payment methods with purchase protections.
"Be wary of anything that sounds too good to be true. You're all excited. You want the tickets, you have an idea what they're going for... so, if you see an ad coming through online selling them for much less, you got to question it," said Claire Rosenzweig. president & CEO, Better Business Bureau Serving Metropolitan New York.
Fans who believe they were sold fake tickets can file a complaint with her office online here.
