Bronx Borough President Adolfo Carrion delivered his seventh State of the Borough address Friday.Speaking at Fordham University, Carrion said the Bronx is doing better than ever before. He highlighted that the borough's economy is booming and that unemployment is down significantly.For 2008, Carrion said he wants to focus on health care and the youth in the Bronx. The borough president says he wants residents to learn about healthy living and wellness. He said he will work with companies on Wall Street to give students chances to get experience in the corporate world.
