School budget revotes took place Tuesday night in districts where voters said 'no' to the state tax cap during Super Tuesday voting last month.

School budgets were approved by voters in Baldwin, Manhasset, North Babylon, East Quogue, South Country and Sachem.

Manhasset and North Babylon asked residents to pierce the tax cap again.

In the Sachem School District, full-day kindergarten was saved at the expense of losing up to 229 jobs.
