Eight Long Islanders have been charged with running a cocaine ring in Suffolk County.
The five men and three women allegedly used the United States Postal Service to ship the drug from Puerto Rico to Long Island, investigators say.
This went on between March 2022 and June 2023.
Eleomar Perez-Serrano, of Westbury, would allegedly receive several packages every few weeks. He then allegedly worked with the other seven suspects to distribute cocaine across the county.
