Three people were arrested, accused of killing a man and dumping his body in East Farmingdale.
Police identified the victim as Juan Carlos Diaz Jeronimo, a 48-year-old from North Amityville.
Carlos Diaz Jeronimo was killed sometime between June 21 at 7:51 p.m. and June 22 at 1:37 a.m. Police say his body was found by someone walking along Garity Place.
According to prosecutors, the trio attempted to kidnap the victim, and followed him to a nearby BP gas station, where they violently attacked him before throwing him in the trunk of their car.
All three suspects were remanded and denied the allegations.
