A Bay Shore man has been convicted of multiple charges for running a drug dealing operation out of his auto shop in Deer Park.
Suffolk police launched the 10-month investigation into narcotic sales at Uriel Rose’s Beema Boyz in June 2024.
Prosecutors say the 43-year-old ran from the bathroom and attempted to flee police as they executed a search warrant at the business in April 2025.
Investigators uncovered a significant amount of cocaine inside a toilet and over eight ounces of the drug inside his desk.
Cash, a money counter, scales and drug packaging materials were found at the scene as well.
Officers who took Rose into custody also say they spotted cocaine residue on his clothing.
He was later found guilty of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminally using drug paraphernalia.
Prosecutors say he was previously convicted of multiple drug-related offenses in 2016, 2015 and 2002.
He faces 12 to 24 years in prison when he returns to court on Dec. 1.
