Man shot in Port Jefferson Station
The victim was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.

A Wyandanch man was shot in Port Jefferson Station on Sunday.
Suffolk police say that at 2:20 a.m. the 21-year-old was walking on Wilson Street toward a nearby bar on Main Street when a vehicle pulled up alongside him. A person in the rear passenger seat then fired multiple shots, hitting the man in the leg.
The victim was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to police. Police are asking anyone with information to call detectives at 631-854-8652 or Suffolk County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
