A serious Target recall that parents with babies or young children should be aware of.

Target is voluntarily recalling some of the Up & Up brand baby wipes after customers complained of product discoloration.

The specific product is the Up & Up Fragrance Free and Fresh Cucumber Scented Baby Wipes, including 20, 72, 216, 800, and 1200 count.

FDA testing found the presence of potentially life-threatening bacteria, Burkholderia cepacia complex and Burkholderia gladioli, in product samples.

Reports of symptoms such as skin irritation, eye irritation, and infections potentially associated with the use of the product are under investigation.

Officials warn that for immunocompromised individuals, newborns, infants and young kids the infection can spread to the bloodstream and possibly lead to life-threatening sepsis or pneumonia.

The recalled wipes are manufactured by supplier Sapro Temizlik Urunleri and sold nationwide through Target stores and Target.com.

Consumers are advised to immediately stop using the wipes and return them to any Target store for a full refund.
