A scary scene unfurled in Shirley on Tuesday after a BMW and mini school bus collided.
Suffolk County police say the bus was going northbound on William Floyd Parkway and was attempting to make a right turn onto Moriches Middle Island Road when it was rear-ended by a 2011 BMW.
Three students were on board the bus at the time with three aides and the driver.
One adult on the bus was taken to NYU Langone for treatment of minor injures.
The BMW driver was uninjured.
