Bridgeport police investigate late night stabbing
At approximately 10:42 p.m. officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Noble Avenue where they located a man suffering from multiple stab wounds and serve blood loss inside of a parked car.

Bridgeport police are investigating a stabbing that occurred along the East Side of the city late Friday night.
At approximately 10:42 p.m. officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Noble Avenue where they located a man suffering from multiple stab wounds and serve blood loss inside of a parked car.
The 42-year-old victim was transported to Bridgeport hospital where he received emergency surgery.
The victim is now listed in stable condition according to police.
Bridgeport Major Crimes Unit processed the scene during the overnight hours, and they towed the car as evidence.
Noble Avenue was closed between East Washington Avenue and Barnum Avenue during the investigation.
