Police say a man was officially charged in thedeadly shooting of a 7-month-old in Bushwickand the second suspect they've been searching for has been found.

They say 21-year-old Amuri Green is being charged with three counts of murder, attempted murder, five counts of criminal possession of a weapon, two counts of attempted criminal possession of a weapon and two counts of assault.

Police say the second suspect they've been searching for has been apprehended in Pennsylvania. Police have identified him as 18-year-old Matthew Rodriguez and say he is in police custody.

A family friend, Syllena, says it's a relief.

“I hope they get everything they deserve. Everything. It’s uncalled for," said Syllena.

The shooting happened around 1:20 p.m. Wednesday at the corner of Moore and Humboldt streets.

Investigators say two people were riding a moped through the area — going the wrong way — when the person in the back pulled out a gun and fired multiple times.

Thebaby was identified as Kaori Patterson-Moore. She was struck in the head by a stray bullet while sitting in a stroller.

Police say her father rushed her to NYC Health + Hospitals/Woodhull, but she did not survive.

Kaori's grandmother tells News 12 that Kaori's 2-year-old brother was also grazed by a bullet in the incident.

Green was arrested on Thursday April 2.

Investigators say two people were riding a moped through the area — going the wrong way — when the person in the back pulled out a gun and fired multiple times.

Investigators believe the shooting was gang-related.

A growing memorial with flowers, photos, candles, and stuffed animals sits on the sidewalk of Humboldt and Moore Streets. Countless people have come to pay their respects like Saquana Ridick who says she's heartbroken.

“I’m feeling hurt. I’m feeling pain for the family. I’m feeling hurt for myself as a mother as a grandmother. I’ve lived in this community for 40 years and it’s getting worse. The guns are the street are getting worse," said Ridick.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
