Aqeel Ahmad is charged with unlawful surveillance, accused of attempting to take photos underneath a 25-year-old woman’s shorts for his own sexual gratification.
This is his third arrest in a matter of weeks.
The 53-year-old Selden man has also been accused of attempting to take photos under the shorts of a 17-year-old at the same Selden ShopRite.
Additionally, he is accused of photographing a 13-year-old girl under her dress at a nearby Target in October.
Ahmad pleaded not guilty. His lawyer declined to comment to News 12.
