Police say a Roosevelt woman was killed a crash on the Meadowbrook Parkway.

Lillie Carpenter, 80, hit a tree when her car left the road, according to police.

Police say the single-car crash happened just before 11 p.m. Thursday.

News 12 has been told speed and the wet roadway led to the crash just north of Exit M6.
