A 42-year-old man was killed in a Commack house fire Tuesday, fire officials say.
News 12 is told two fire departments rushed to Spinner Lane at around 6:45 p.m. as flames ripped through the second floor of the home.
Fire officials say they quickly got inside, but they were not able to save the man who was trapped on the second floor.
