A Center Moriches mother is facing multiple charges Thursday after police say she was driving drunk with her four kids in the car.

Police say Martha Acosta-Maldonado was driving on the William Floyd Parkway Wednesday night when officers pulled her over for a traffic violation near Roneck Court.

They say she failed a sobriety test at the scene. All four kids were released to another family member.

Acosta-Maldonado is facing charges including DWI in violation under Leandra's Law.
