February 21:
There's lots of food and drink on this weekend's program. We'll check out an East Hampton woman who started a line of homemade fudge. Then a tour of the beautiful South Fork winery Wolffer Estate -- and a look at how they produce their new apple wine and hard cider. Then we visit Long Island's only potato chip factory -- making delicious chips from locally grown potatoes!
February 8 & 9:
On this weekend's program we go inside an East End kitchen to see some yummy baked goods that are all gluten free! Then see the creative carvings of a nationally-known duck decoy craftsman. Then, a place in Riverhead where you can visit and see a layout of an historic Lionel train set. Then Sunday into Monday, we'll check out some East End tourist spots where you can spend a weekend to beat the winter blues!
January 25 & 26:
On this weekend's show, see Long Island's first bourbon and rye being produced using locally grown products. Then a visit to a farm in Riverhead that's home to about 300 buffalo. We'll also visit a 100-year-old train station that is now one of Long Island's coziest restaurants. On Sunday, also check out how they catch one of Long Island's greatest delicacies, the Peconic Bay scallops.
