A 16-year-old was charged with the murder of a Levittown woman who was attacked while she was sleeping.

The Nassau District Attorney's Office says Jose Olaya and a 15-year-old accomplice are also charged with burglary.

The charges come two weeks after Linda Levy's death.

Police say Levy was attacked at her home in June 2024.
