A pair of young girls is wanted for allegedly vandalizing a Bronx laundromat.
In surveillance video exclusively obtained by News 12, two girls are seen ringing a bell at the counter and allegedly taunting an employee. When told to leave, one of the girls kicks in the front window, shattering glass everywhere.
It happened at around 10 p.m. Tuesday at 1295 St. Lawrence Ave. According to the laundromat owner, Juan Sapeg, one of the girls even returned the next day to harass the employee a second time.
Sapeg believes the girls are about 12 or 13 years old. He says he wants them to pay for what they did, and not get a pass because of their young ages. He says the damage to the store will cost him about $600.
"I want the police to find these girls. I want their parents to come forward and I would like to prosecute them so they will never do this again to anybody else," said Sapeg.
