The 2013 All-Star game was Mariano Rivera's last.

Rivera came out to the mound with Metallica's "Enter Sandman" playing and received a standing ovation from fans and fellow players.

Throwing 16 pitches, Rivera retired all three NL hitters in the eighth inning.

Rivera was named the All-Star MVP.
