The world’s first flying car is about to hit the market.

The "Transition" is made by a company owned by auto maker Volvo.

The two-seat hybrid electric car turns into a plane in less than a minute and can fly at 100 miles an hour.

A report this morning say preliminary sales start next month with delivery set for next year.

There is no word yet on the price.

The "Transition" meets highway safety standards, but you do need a pilot's license.
