A Woodbury doctor is facing charges in connection to a massive bribery scheme.
Bret Ostrager allegedly accepted monthly bribes of $3,300 from employees and associates of BioDiagnostic Laboratory Services in New Jersey. Officials say some of the bribes Ostrager accepted were tickets to Justin Bieber and Katy Perry concerts.
In return, prosecutors say Ostrager sent his patients' blood samples to the lab making nearly $1 million.
Authorities say 38 people, including 26 doctors, have pleaded guilty in connection with the scheme.
Ostrager is expected to be arraigned next week.
