A woman left the scene of a crash in Huntington last month.
Suffolk police say the woman hit a car on Park Avenue and fled.
The incident happened around 6 p.m. on Nov. 26.
As News 12 has reported, Fidel Cuadra’s car was destroyed in the crash.
The kidney transplant recipient says it's his only mode of transportation to his medical appointments.
The vehicle involved is believed to be a 2018 to 2023 dark red Subaru Crosstrek, according to police.
Cuadra was not hurt in the crash.
