Video shows a woman hurling insults at a store employee over a request to wear a mask at a Long Island supermarket.
Over the weekend, a female shopper who was not wearing a mask was asked by an employee at the Masspequa Park King Kullen to put one on. What ensued was an expletive-laden meltdown.
The woman can be heard saying, "Don't pull your Communist bull---- on me," threatening to beat the worker and insulting her over her place of work, among other things.
The video made its way to TMZ, and the original tweet now has nearly 1,000 likes.
King Kullen issued a statement, saying, "King Kullen is following guidelines put forth by New York State. King Kullen requires that all shoppers, staff and vendors wear proper coverings over their nose and mouth while in our stores. For the safety and health of all, we sincerely hope unfortunate encounters such as depicted in the video are avoided."
