Police in Garden City are seeking the public's help to identify a woman captured on a surveillance camera stealing a designer shirt.
The video clearly shows a woman taking a shirt from the Lilly Pulitzer Signature Store and placing it in her bag. She then turns around and leaves the store.
The shirt reportedly costs about $300.
Police have been searching for the suspect since the incident occurred on March 16.
