Police are looking for a woman they say left the scene of a car crash in Port Jefferson Station Sunday night.
Police say a woman driving a Ford Explorer was stopped in the westbound left turning lane on Route 347 near Sara Circle when she made a U-turn and collided with an eastbound Toyota Prius around 10:30 p.m.
According to police, the driver of the Prius, 65-year-old Deogracias Pablo, was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
The woman left on foot.
