Woman killed in Selden hit-and-run crash; suspect in custody

A woman was hit and killed in Selden Wednesday morning.
Victoria Hutson, 37, was walking on the shoulder of Boyle Road when she was hit, according to Suffolk police.
The black four-door sedan fled the scene. Police apprehended suspect Lan Huynh Truong, 44, of Selden, and charged him with leaving the scene of an accident.
Hutson was taken to Stony Brook University Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
