An Islip woman was killed in a three-car crash in East Islip on Saturday.
It happened at the intersection of Union Boulevard and Harwood Avenue just before noon.
Police say a Jeep hit a minivan, which then struck a Chevy and overturned several times.
The driver of the minivan, 62-year-old Maureen Bodkin, was killed in the crash.
The driver of the Jeep, identified as 57-year-old Eileen Magee of Hicksville, suffered minor injuries. The woman who was driving the Chevy vehicle was not injured.
No charges have been filed at this time.
