Woman charged with DWI in crash that sent vehicle off overpass in Farmingville

Police say a woman was drunk behind the wheel when she caused a crash that sent a car careening over an overpass in Farmingville early Sunday morning.
The crash happened just before 1 a.m.
A car was left overturned on South Bicycle Path after police say it was sent off the County Road 83 overpass by a swerving vehicle.
The driver suffered injuries that were not life-threatening.
Authorities have arrested Priscilla Torres. She is now accused of being drunk behind the wheel.
The driver of the second vehicle was not hurt.
Torres was treated for minor injuries and now faces a DWI charge.
