Suffolk police are investigating a kidnapping from the Westfield South Shore Mall in Bay Shore Wednesday.
Authorities say a man was causing a disturbance in the mall. He was then escorted out of the building by security.
According to a 10-year-old witness, the man then forced his way into a woman?s car and threatened to shoot the driver. The car then drove off.
Police are considering the young girl a reliable witness due to the details of her statement.
