Yield: 1 wheel (15 oz)

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: Ideal for 4–6 guests

Ingredients

· 1-wheel (15 oz) Alouette Brie.

· 4 oz Mascarpone cheese

· ½ cup Autumn Harvest Nut Mix (a blend of walnuts, almonds, dried apricots, and dried apple pieces)

· 4 oz Caramel topping

· 1 tbsp Honey, for drizzling

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Filling In a small bowl, combine the Autumn Harvest Nut Mix with the caramel topping. Mix until evenly coated and set aside.

Step 2: Slice the Brie Carefully slice the Brie wheel horizontally to create a top and bottom half.

Step 3: Fill the Bottom Layer Spread half of the mascarpone cheese (2 oz) onto the bottom half of the Brie. Spoon half of the nut-caramel mixture over the mascarpone.

Step 4: Reassemble & Top Place the top half of the Brie back on. Spread the remaining mascarpone (2 oz) on top of the Brie. Spoon the remaining nut-caramel mixture over the mascarpone.

Step 5: Finish & Serve Drizzle honey over the top for a glossy, sweet finish. Optional: Garnish with a sprig of rosemary or serve warm for extra indulgence.
