Westbury man arrested for DWI with kids in the car
Police say 41-year-old Ruben Gonzalez drove drunk and hit a tree Monday night on Cherry Valley Avenue with his three young kids in the car.

Police say 41-year-old Ruben Gonzalez drove drunk and hit a tree Monday night on Cherry Valley Avenue with his three young kids in the car.
A 4-year-old, 9-year-old and 11-year-old were all taken to a nearby hospital. The 4-year-old suffered a minor back injury.
A 37-year-old front seat passenger was also taken to the hospital for evaluation.
Gonzalez now faces multiple charges including DWI, aggravated driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfare of a child.
