A Westbury man is accused of driving drunk with three passengers in tow, including his two children.

Police say Pedro Huerta Garcia was swerving down Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow around 2:30 a.m. Sunday.

News 12 is told the Garcia's two daughters, ages 8 and 15, were inside the car, along with another passenger.

Garcia is charged with two counts of aggravated DWI under Leandra's Law and endangering the welfare of a child, along with multiple traffic violations, according to police.
