Police say a Westbury dad is accused of driving drunk with his young daughter's in the car.
Police say Pedro Huerta Garcia was stopped around 2:30 a.m. Sunday on Hempstead Turnpike near Merrick Avenue in East Meadow.
According to police, Garcia was speeding, and failed to stay in his lane.
Garcia was arrested and charged with felony DWI under Leandra's Law, because his 15 and 8 year old daughters were in the car with him.
The children were released to the custody of their mother.
