Bigger weddings can return to Long Island starting Monday.
Venues will be allowed to host up to 150 people or half of their capacity.
Masks and physical distancing will still be required for guests at the celebrations.
People will be required to stay in designated “dancing zones” so they don’t come in contact with other people.
At Stewart Manor Country Club, guests will be taking a temperature check, they'll have to fill out a health screening card and show proof a negative COVID-19 test or a vaccination card before they can go inside and party.
John Parks, owner of Stewart Manor Country Club, says the venue will follow guidelines so that their guests can celebrate in a safe environment.
"Dancing will be in designated areas a minimum of six-by-six, point 36 square feet. We'll work with the bands and DJs to make sure that those designated areas are maintained, we'll have them marked off with lighting and you will be able to dance with the guests seated at your table," Parks explains.
