News 12 Long Island meteorologists say scattered showers will continue through Friday afternoon.

Saturday will be mostly sunny and cool with a high near 45 degrees.

There is a possible storm watch for Sunday overnight. There is a chance of a wintry mix and moderate to heavy snow, depending on the track of the storm. Snowfall could continue into Monday, but skies are expected to clear toward Monday afternoon with highs in the mid-40s.
